I am considered a 1st time buyer and I think I will qualify for FHA my middle score is a 666 (scary) 673 Hi and 622 Low. I just can not find a company to help me out I worked with someone in the past and se kinda blew me off and I am just trying to get the process started. Does anyone know any reccomendations in Texas? Specifically the Rio grande valley?
I think we may need more information. Such as income, baddies, what does your credit look like, etc. etc. my middle score was 650 and I got through the process very quickly.
