 RD does not require a ratio waiver when the FICO is 660 or above.

When USDA says 29/41 do you have to fall within  both of those to not do a Debt Ratio Waiver?  I come in at 34/35 with a 742 score and 5 years on the job.  I am just wondering if my lender will need to do the Debt Ratio Waiver Request when sending my packet to USDA?
