Trying to understand this foreclosure mess (court doc info)

When did my time start ticking? Is it July 3, 2012 Cerificate of Title or October 6, 2010 final judgement mortgage foreclosure?  I never received any paperwork. I was not the primary on the loan and the person who was the primary wasn't speaking to me.  I need this informtion so I can move on and purchase a home of my own.  The following informtion is from the court docs. I have removed all names and other information.  Thanks in advance for your help.

 

 FYI: I was in ST Lucie County Florida which was one of the hardest hit areas in Florida.

I can answer this. It is usually 3 years from the date of foreclosure sale for FHA, which would be 3 years from June 13, 2013. Conventional loans usually require it to be 7 years from the date of foreclosure sale.

Your time starts with the Certificate of Title transferring to the f/c bank which in your case was the July 2012 date. 3 yrs for FHA and more for conventional.

Private lenders, if you can find them, don't have any such restrictions.
