UAMC Mortgage - Do they pull credit before closing?

Anyone here go through UAMC with Lennar homes?

If so, did they pull credit anytime after the first initial pull? Such as, did they pull it right at closing or right before giving a "clear to close"?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as we are in the same process. I believe they do from reading other posts. They also call to verify employment etc...

How was your experience with UAMC with the loan process? Was is difficult to get approval?

Yes.. if nothing else they will do a soft pull... but count on them pulling your credit before closing.  Thats why most people warn against opening new lines of credit, charging large amounts on your credit cards etc... during the mortgage process.  These things wont necessarily disqualify you (but they could), but at the least might require LOE's to be sent in, and cause delay.
