I AM SUPER HAPPY!!! My closing is set for Friday!!!! I cannot wait. Thank you everyone for everything!! This is surreal to me. I cannot believe it!
The University of Phoenix stuff is not yet resolved but it didn't affect me because they didn't rerun my credit! It really bothers me though. I need it off! EVERY SINGLE late is now OFF my report and my utilization is at 3%. My TU fico score is 744 because the University of Phoenix isn't showing on there but EQ and EX is 644 and 652. I'm sure all my scores will be above 700 once this comes off! Cannot wait!
Congratulations! I just read this thread in its entirety. What an ordeal! I really hope the closing works out without a hitch. It sounds like you will be in a tremendous position once the mortgage closes and gets a few months of seasoning under its belt. You’ll be aiming for 800s across the board before too long.

In NY, 21k in closing costs and 13k in taxes on a $325k house does not sound unusual.
So on a 325k house you're telling us the taxes are over 1000 dollars a month??? Dadgum.
Congrats!
Congratulations creditobsessed!!!! I am happy it all worked out for you! in 24 hours, you will be a HOMEOWNER!!!!!
