I'm still breathing.... That is all.
My LO has not submitted my file to UW yet, the bank has not approved the short sale yet, and the bank's countered closing is set for 20 days.... I have had 5 3pk packages of certs since yesterday because I refuse to smoke due to stress. I was officially suppose to be sent to UW 2 weeks ago, then yesterday, and now??
I'm about to say screw it, get my earnest deposit back, and buy a HUGE tv just because I can....
Hope everyone else is doing better than me!

Hang in there sis. I'm in almost the same boat you are. You know "the deal is at a standstill boat!" We are going to make it through all this and will look back and laugh about all the stress we went through to get our keys.
So many others are closing this week. Hopefully our time is coming soon.
This too; Shall pass.

Drove by the house today to see what I might expect on a holiday like today for the neighborhood and all was quiet... I also noticed the lockbox is now OFF the door and tenants have been moved out for a week!! Written approval soon??

Hi, London. I'm following your story and kudos to you for hanging in there. You'll kick your arse forever if you walk away now.
Let us know!!! Once this is over it will all have been sooo worth it. It's kinda like having a baby, you don't even remember the pain.

*** SIIIIGH*** London, I'm still in your corner but I don't blame you one bit for wanting to walk away. You HAVE to see this through. Think of your children....think of your FICO family ...think of yourself. You're too far along to stop now. Once all of this is over and you're sitting in your new home you'll be glad you did it.
I tell you one thing though...after all of this drama is over it would be my mission to eviscerate your loan officer. Incompetence doesn't even come close to the "job" she's done. She should look for a new line of work...SERIOUSLY!

I really think she's half a**ing it because of the closing cost assistance which is such a shame. I have soooo many people I am helping get their credit in order to eventually buy a home and there will be nooooo recommendations for her!!
