Just recieved word at 10:30Am from my LO that all the final paperwork is done and USDA underwriting has approved with no further conditions and the next phone call will be from the title company to set a time to sign papers!!!!!!!!Thank you all for your support and advice!!!

Well, the rollercoaster ride is almost over. We should get word this morning of the HUD1 which will have our moneys due or moneys to be paid on it, and when 2pm rolls around, it is time to sign the stack of papers. I did not think that I would be nervous after everything went through final underwriting, but I still am. Oh well, when it is all said and done, we will be homeowners.
