I am a member of usaa, navyfed and penfed and I am wondering who is more likely to give me the best va loan mortgage. Penfed offers 1% cash back towards closing if you apply online and they claim to charge less fees. Usaa does not offer any offers on their web site, and navyfed's preapproval is only good for 60 days while penfed's is good for 90 days. I will be relocating in dec and I plan a buy a house at my next command which will either be Jacksonville, FL, or Fort Worth, TX. For those who have had mortgage with these cus, please share your experience.
