Does anyone know what USAA requires for a VA loan. I know they tell you over the phone that it's 620. I guess I just really want to know because I have read that they cater to people without blemishes on their credit. I have some paid medical collections and a couple of paid charge offs and wondering if they will even consider me. My income is about $60,000 and I have no debt besides my student loans that have a payment of $130 a month.
