I am currently trying to get approved for a USDA 502 direct loan program. My CRAs are as follow
TU:
no collections
paid 290 tax lien(state)
52000 student loans(2011)-5 previous lates, last was 6/2016;
credit one cc: $0 balance/ 200 credit limit opened 2015,
primor cc: $0 ballance/ $250 cl opened 2/2017,
Chase Freedom:$200/2500cl
installment loan:100ba/300 start, opened 1/2017.
EQ: all the same
EX: 3 medical bills totaling 1474 and one judgement 1600 (planning on paying both pfd in 7/2017), all other accounts the same.
Scores: 690,634,589
Ok so the question is what can I do to qualify? My counselor said that I won't qualify until 1/2017 because thats when I will have 2 tradelines mature to 1yo. The thing is, the life of the loan is only a year, so that loan will be paid off...
He said that my student loan wont count because I was in deferment due to rough pregnancy this year. Is there anything else I can do to qualify now? I have been in the same house for 7 yrs and its time to go!
