USDA Direct Loan pre-qualification is on the way!

4/6 Pre Qualification in the mail.

 

I plan in keeping this post updated with our journey. As of right now, my husband's FICO is right north of 600 and he's the primary breadwinner. Based on the itemized list of credit guidelines, we do meet the requirements. I am still waiting on a couple of deletions on his report, so they have agreed not to pull credit until those occur.

 

I'll keep the timeline posted! Wish up luck!

2/24 (Lender Pull) EQ 613, TU 553, EX 589
April EQ 633, My Fico TU 638, EX ??
Current EQ 643, TU 652, EX 633 (lender pull 5/11)
Goal (we made it!!)- Over 640 middle by 5/15
