I am in Pennsylvania. We are currently on the verge of, in my opinion, a property tax crisis. All kinds of legislation to try to reform and nothing gets anywhere. Property taxes are the main source of funding for schools. School budgets are a whole other crisis. I'm a teacher and it is difficult to get a job in a public school in PA right now, which is why I took a lower paying job in a private school...which has hence led me to the USDA loan.
