I spoke to someone in the USDA office in my area and she told me she didn't know if or when they will receive any more funds but they fiscal year for them starts in October and told me to send in the app and pretty much wait/get on the list and if I couldn't because of the wait to apply for a Guarantee loan. But Im going to wait. Basically it sounded like they wont be getting any funds until the new fiscal year which is in October.
