Thank you for all of your updates!!!!  Also congrats on your closing.  I have been following all of your replies and they have been so very helpful.  I am anxiously waiting for a phone call from the Florida USDA office.  We submitted our loan on 10/22/12.  We have had to get three extensions from the seller.  If we don't hear something by 12/06/12 the seller will have to sign a forth extension.  The sellers are losing patience with this process.  I am so nervous.  Our LO will not tell us anything. I am not sure what to do other than pray pray and then pray LOL.  Please give me some advice if you know of any.  Thank you kindly!!!

delayed.... My LO sent me an email status update from USDA earlier that said they are now on November 9th. So, I asked, where is mine then? Do we know something yet? She checked with the processing department and apparently there was a number missing or entered incorrectly for our homeowners insurance; so the processers had to redo GUS and send it back in. She said the file was auto rejected by USDA the day it was submitted due to the error; but that the processing dept returned it on November 14th. Ahhhh!!!! They were closed on Veteran's Day--so, I'm hoping that means there was only a 2 day delay. This is the most nervewracking process ever! Will be so glad to have keys in hand--I'm still too nervous to pack anything.

That stinks!  Keep your chin up, your almost there. A two day delay might put us on same pace. Maybe we'll both close on same day

No,Arkansas. It's pretty much the same here with offices closing and they are several weeks behind. I won't bore you with details but we had several delays and were "assured" by LO we'd be able to close two weeks ago! End result is we're basically homeless while we wait. At the current pace USDA should be looking at us Thursday or Friday. Already have mortgage approved and trying to be patient.....

My loan was summited to USDA 10-30 still waiting may be some can help me the update said that the are working on files from 10-16 to 11-06 that's mean that they may be working on my file or I have to wait until they are on 10-30 ?
