Jeffg330 congratulation Im still waiting my file was sumitted on 10-30 and they are working on files from 10-16 to 11-07 so at this point I don't know if the are working on my file I hope so !!!

Thanks! I surely do appreciate all prayers and positive vibes! Loan officer just emailed me—she says USDA is currently reviewing our file and that she expects their approval shortly (don’t know how she knows that—maybe she called them?). This is the point where my fingers and toes are crossed…I need chocolate. I just hope they filled out all the paperwork correctly and there aren't anymore delays.

If any one knows the USDA number not the hot line a number that can may be talk to someone ?

UPDATE: Loan Officer just emailed me a page to sign and send back to her ASAP. The form is the RD 1980 (the lenders request to USDA for commitment). Not sure where that got flubbed up at; but she says USDA is waiting for it and that we should still hear back from them today. So stressed!!!

OK I'm happy for you me here in Florida getting desperate I already requested a extension from the owner now they just give me until 12-11 or 12-15 my file was sumitted on 10-30 but USDA is working on files from 10-16 to 11-07 so I don't know what really going on f may be they are working on files after the 16th is no way to check no one can help not even LO ((((
