Our closing went smooth as silk Hopeful. I sure hope they give you the word today. Like you we bought a 2k sf house for just the 2 of us!

If any one knows how long its take once your file is sign out by USDA ? Does the files go back to the UW ? Because my USDA already lease my file but is with the UW because he needs update paycheck and bank statements this is normal ?

thank you!!! I'm sure your final approval is coming soon Our file came back from USDA today, and the clear to close from the lender was given shortly after. They didn't ask for any additional documentation (statements, pay stubs, documentation of funds for closing (our out of pocket is around $1k)); I'm sure that this probably isn't the norm and that different lenders have different requirements.

My problem was that my paycheck and bank statement were from late September and beginning od October so they update we already send lets see let

The paystubs I submitted were also from September and October...they didn't ask for anything from November. Hope they finish up with yours soon!
