Does anyone here have any experience with the USDA Guaranteed Loan in NY? I plan on applying for one towards the end of the year and I want to make sure I have what it takes before I apply. The one thing I think will set me back is my 90K worth of student loans. Which will go into repayment January 2014, if you can share your experience that would be great. Things like the process length, your credit scores, income and loan amount would be greatly appreciated.
