Thanks! All moved in (actually moved in on the 27th) straight from the closing office to the U-Haul truck! I actually enjoyed the process, it was easy and the availability of housing for the program with price limits is really pretty generous. I will say this, the hardest part is not the 'waiting', but the 'not knowing' WHEN your file is going to be cleared by USDA. Other then that - it was and is a very easy and relatively smooth process.

You know Slappy72, the USDA process is not long considering how many apps they get and the size downs in the office staff - IMO the underwriters take you through more red-tape then USDA. I mean we were in and out of there within about 20days WITH Holidays both Thanksgiving AND Christmas. I know things will go smoothly for you also.
