USDA RD Guarantee Income Question

We were slightly over the income guidelines to quality for a USDA RD Guarantee loan.  My wife's hours have recently been reduced and now we would quality for the program.  If we wanted to apply soon would we just show the new pay stubs of what she is making now?  Our tax returns for 2011 show us as making too much, returns for 2010 would qualify us and going forward from this point on this year we would qualify.   Thank you.

Not sure what state your in, but I noticed that in PA the limits have gone up over the last two months.  They went up about $2500.  I was so excited because initially we were about $300 over!  Now if we could only get the score bump we need   I would check the website again.  Good luck
