Hello I am 24 years old and are interested in purchasing a home. I have some issues though with my credit and my income is not very high because I am on ssdi. My credit score is 565 but I have things in collection. I am homeless and according to the website I meet the income criteria but because my credit is poor and I have things in collection will that disqualify me? The reasons for things going into collection was because waiting for my disability I had no income and my credit cards from when I did work went into collection. I am from PA but wanted to find a house in WV. I am very confused on if I should even try because I'm afraid of being rejected. Thank you for any advice !
