I been reading a lot about the refinance method. I currently own a USDA Rural Loan at fixed rate (30). It looks like a gold opportunity but I can't manage to see the "cons" or bad things about this.
Are there any hidden things people should know (like me) about this refinance program?
I'm looking forward to refinance my home but I'am been very cautious on this.
