Does anyone know how this wil play out,, want to app in Dec/Jan and have IA for the past 2 yrs , however missed a payment in may of this yr and when I called the IRS they said I got one freebie a yr and did not default my agreement . Now my question is if USDA require 1 yr of on time I will fall out when they receive the transcripts. Any experienced LO out there that can tell me should I just give it up.
