USDA approval!!!!!!

File spent just 1 day with USDA! I got my final approval and closing has been moved up to 4/24!!!!

Ugh!! Now closing the 28th because seller cant get the house cleaned out until the 27th...oh well...it is still going to happen soon!!!

This was from last year. You gotta be careful with these USDA posts because GunSlinger1 likes to revive old ones. I've been caught giving kudos & congratulations on posts 2 years old recently.
