OK, so, I put in my final application with all additional paperwork (statements, credit check fee, paystubs, ect). Will they pull my credit and need all this paperwork again before I close or can I get excited when I hear back?

My lender told me they will do a soft pull right before closing to check for new accounts. I think it depends on the lender, you should check to be sure. I also so this documented on my committment letter.
