USDA income requirments

Will the USDA use the paycheck stub or w-2 to verify income?  The reason i ask is because my finace makes an hourly wage and he doesn't always work 40 hours a week so his yearly income is lower than what it would be if you considered 40 hours.

Hi Jen,

The income will be calculated using the year to date on the most recent pay stab & extrapolated out over 12 months so it sounds like you should be fine.
