USDA loan

I qualify for a USDA loan because I am disabled, my Realitor mentioned I would be looking at a older property.. Is that true?
Any helpful advise on these loans would be very helpful.

The age of the property does not matter.

 

You will only be able to purchase in certain USDA approved areas, but the age of the home makes no difference.
