We are pre-approved for a USDA loan at 3.75% but making an offer for new construction to close may-june, wondering how often USDA rates change. Do they stay the same for the most part or flucuate like all other rates?
My certificate says that it could change monthly until locked in.
This month I am at 3.25%.
Thanks do know how widely it flucuates?
