So we are a week from closing and our loan was sent to USDA for final approval on 7/9. I was patiently waiting for our approval and then yesterday we are told that our file was selected for a random audit and our lo couldnt even give us a time frame and said our closing could be delayed ...has anyone been through this before? We had ordered stuff for the new house to be delivered and had set up all our help for the move. It makes me so frustrated. Especially since this is new construction and it has been 5 months since we went under contract!
