My file has been in UW for about a week…..Yesterday I received an email from my LO stating that the underwriter is questioning my available funds to close. The bank statement that they had had..had an ending 6/25 and some of the checks (EMD, Appraisal, etc) cleared after that. The LO requested an activity statement from 6/25 until now showing what you have in the bank and the checks clearing. I was able to send the information to her immediately.
My question is does this mean that the file has passed Automated Underwriting?....I am so nervous and anxious to get this process over and done with I don’t know what to do….
