I had a similar issue when I bought my home, I had multiple dispute comments on my report. Since they were resolved they had no impact on my credit score when removed.
It took about three days to have all comments removed, there is a good thread on this forum that I followed.

gbar148 I got all my dispute remarks removed yesterday from all 3 credit agencies. This morning my Transunion score on Credit Karma dropped 34 points and Equifax raised 3 points!!! I am confused by this because all the disputes were closed. On the other hand my scores didn't change at all on My Fico mortgage scores which is what matters the most!
My lender is going to repull my tri merge report on Wednesday to send the lender the new reports without the dispute comments. My question to you is do you utilize credit karma? If so did your credit karma score change and your FICO remained the same? I'm soooo scared my FICO is going to drop. As of right now Equifax has been updated through my fico and the score didn't change at all! Just waiting to see how the experian and trans union to update through My FICO! I'M SOOOO NERVOUS! !! ANY advice or insight?
When we're talking mortgage scores, ignore Credit Karma. Even ignore FICO 8 for some things, they just don't behave the same and Vantage Score (from CK) does definitely score things differently.
Really the only way you can get your mortgage trifecta scores are through here on an instant in time pull (1 or 3B pull) or for the similar 1B Equifax pull that they sell (Scorepower report). Every other score should flat out and zealously be ignored unless you're a DCU or PSECU member.
