It could mean you are in UW or they are getting your file ready for UW. Don't be afraid to call or email your LO and ask them where you are in the process good luck

Yeah, from what i've seen and read, a good loan processor will look at your entire file and figure out whether a LOE may be needed for any credit issues before it's passed on to underwriting.
