I am SO frustrated. We submitted all of our papers on Dec 12th and were told we would have an answer at the latest by Dec 21. It is now Dec 23 and still nothing. I asked our broker and he basically said nothing other than when he knows something we will know.
Seriously? How can it take THIS long just to find out what's going on??? This is for a new construction home to be build - there won't be a closing for almost a year!
