Not sure what the conditions are yet, but my mortgage broker just texted to let me know that the conditions were nothing we couldn't meet. I did send in the payment agreements and payment history for the judgements with my application.
Still not a done deal but I'm hopeful.
Yea! Yes, those payment agreement and payment history make all the difference in the world
Congratulations you are on the home stretch!
CONGRATULATIONS, OP!!!!
the dialogue on this thread is awesome and will help a lot of people!!!
Closed and I've got my keys! Yes, it can be done!!!
Thanks to all who gave me good advice
CONGRATS!
Yay! Congrats!
I was cheering for you all along!
I also declined doing a BK7 against the advice of two attorneys and have almost made it through the 7.5 year wait in purgatory. Not sure if I made the right decision and I have paid a lot of money to a legal firm to manage the process so my employer would be satisfied I had a 'plan and method' to get through it.
Congrats again! You did very well.

Congratulations!!!! Your thread will certainly help out so many people. 8 years ago my ex husband filed, but I decided not to. I tackled my debt, saved to be in position to buy again, and got myself back up.
