Yay!  Congrats!

I was cheering for you all along!

I also declined doing a BK7 against the advice of two attorneys and have almost made it through the 7.5 year wait in purgatory.  Not sure if I made the right decision and I have paid a lot of money to a legal firm to manage the process so my employer would be satisfied I had a 'plan and method' to get through it.

Congrats again!  You did very well.

Congratulations!!!!  Your thread will certainly help out so many people.  8 years ago my ex husband filed, but I decided not to.  I tackled my debt, saved to be in position to buy again, and got myself back up.
