Usda lenders in PA (especially near/in Fayette county)

Hi!  Does anyone know of any lenders in PA especially Fayette County that do USDA loans?  Is it possible to apply and be approved through the local USDA office?  Any information will be greatly appreciated.


Starting Score: TU: 615 EQ: 590 EX: 611(Fako)
Current Score: TU: 615 EQ: 603 EX: ? (Fako)
Goal Score: 650 across the boards

If your income fits within the "low" income bracket then you should be able to apply directly with the USDA office.

The "Guaranteed" version (where you go through a lender) has higher income limits.
