Hi! Does anyone know of any lenders in PA especially Fayette County that do USDA loans? Is it possible to apply and be approved through the local USDA office? Any information will be greatly appreciated.

If your income fits within the "low" income bracket then you should be able to apply directly with the USDA office.

The "Guaranteed" version (where you go through a lender) has higher income limits.
