Using gift funds for a loan

Hi again  

Are there any loans at all that will allow you to use gift funds from places like Ameridream?  On the FHA site they had a huge list of providers, but a note at the bottom saying that each program was no longer available.   Thanks for your help (again)

'seller funded' dpa is dead. ameridream and others are trying to revitalize it.

bill currently being re-introduced into congress now. the bill died last time.

 city/county/local dpa is still available to those who qualify.... usually income contingent.
