Does anyone know any experienced VA Lenders in the Baltimore County Area?
PNC isn't bad. Not great, not awful. You can also try APGFCU and MECU.
My gold standard in VA lending in this area is NFCU. Assuming you qualify for membership, in my experience (YMMV) they are easy to work with.
NFCU just opened a branch in Glen Burnie. The problem may be that their membership scope includes active duty, reserve, DOD civilian, and retired or disbled (pension eligible) veterans. A veteran with an honorable discharge but no pension isn't eligible unless through family members.
USAA accepts any veteran with an honorable discharge, and is also a VA lender (I think).
Both have excellent customer service.
Great! Yes I have an account with Navy Federal. They were first on my list but I wanted more lenders to compare, but its good to know they have excellent customer service.
Thanks for the feedback!

Anytime.
I would also suggest going to the branch in Annapolis (the one on Jennifer Road). AFAIK it's the only one in MD that has actual loan officers in house. That's where we went to handle our mortgages and it was effortless.
