VA Loan stalled due to CAIVRS showing me in default

Can someone help me out. I can't continue with my loan until I can get that off of there. I have been making payments for over a year. I'm at my wits end with all this.

Do you have the CAIVRS case # and authorization code? If not get it. If so, have you contacted the agency who issued the report.  I
