VA Loans and a prior foreclosure

Hi there

My ex husband and I had a VA loan about 17 years ago that went into foreclosure.  We used his eligibility to get the loan, not mine.  Am I still able to use my eligibility?  Thanks for your help.

I did just bite the bullet and email them.  I have my old certificate (from 1991), but I might reapply for a new one just to see what they say.
