Has anyone used their VA entitlement recently and have they relaxed a tad about their home appraisel/inspections. I need the 0 down right now but the little home I want is in an overpriced area
Here's what I know regardless of the type of home loan you choose. You say that the home is overpriced. The banks will not fund a loan that is more than the appraised value of the home. It doesn't matter if the property is great and the house isn't. The overall appraisal price is what dictates if the bank will fund it or not.
