Sorry, I should have been more specific. We only gave them $500 earnest money since we were planning for VA and the deposit wasn't required. The rest was the appraisal $400, inspection $315, credit report $35. I just hope this gets worked out.
I just had a friend tell me she had a similar situation 2 days before closing, she got a new lender 2 weeks later and still got her house. I know it's not likely, but I need to have hope some where.

Is it possible that I could qualify for FHA on my own? I'm at 617 EQ from myfico yesterday.
The good: I have 2 CC acounts HSBC open 1/2007 pays as agreed, no lates and First Premier 6/2007 pays as agreed, no lates. 2 student loan accounts (1 sub, 1 unsub) pays as agreed from my loan rehab.
The maybe: 2 toyota motor accounts 1st from lease paid, but says 60 days past due. Was converted to 2nd toyota account purchase on same car - paid in full 4/08 at end of contract. I've got the title at home.

It's not showing as paid off yet.The bad: Old cap 1 account listed as bad/debt collection $0 bal, I paid them off in 2006. 2 old AES student loan entries listed at $0 and bad debt/ 120 days past due. - they are the same loans from the rehab. - I've contacted AES about how these are reporting because they should be removed by terms of the rehab. 1 old collection account for $14K date of last activity is 2003 (was orginally citibank cc used for tuition - big mistake!) 1 old cell phone bill for me cancelling the service, now collection account for $381. I paid this bill with another CA and can't find the letter I sent with the check, paid it in 2006.
