I am gathering up information for a VA loan. I have disability income from the VA.
How do I prove this income?
The income is listed on the VA home loan eligibility certification which also excepts any closing fees.
Is this enough proof of income or will a bank need something else?
I am assuming I would use pay stubs for my other income for work.

It may differ from state to state.
Each January I receive an updated summary of benefits from the VA showing what my monthly check is. Plus I was required to submit past bank statements to prove all income.
We haven't gotten an updated statement of benefits in a couple of years so we were just able to show the income from bank statements.

As long as the lender accepts that you're good to go!
You need to contact the VA about your annual summary of benefits. I get mine without fail.
You can also self print a benefit summary on the eBenefits website.
Also make sure your lender knows how to do the tax gross up on the benefit. Many do not know how to put this into DU.

Bingo!
Go to ebenefits and then VA letters. This will have all of your letters ready for you. Proof of disability, how much you get paid, ten point gov employee preference, and a couple others. It's a great site. You may have to sign up, but there is a heck of a lot you can do from there.
