Hello

I am wanting to get my home refinanced with the VA for a possible lower rate.

How do I find the VA loan place, rather how do I start the process.

I live in Alabama.

One other question; are the credit scores you get from CreditKarma really reliable?

Hopefully someone on here can point me in the right direction to start.
