Va interest rates

I have a question, we are closing on a va loan in June. Have va rates gone down any? Right now we were quoted 5.5, we were told they are holding steady. Haven't locked in yet.

I'd check around a little. I think you'd stand a chance of getting 5%.

VA rates are pretty much the same as FHA rates - so 5%.

i was just pre-approved for a va loan last week through chase at 5.0%. with a mid score of 646

i'm hoping the rapes drop at least another .25 before closing
