Veteran's United and Mortgage Research Center

What is the connection between Veteran's United and Mortgage Research Center?  It appears my loan is going to Mortgage Research Center, LLC.  Are they the actual lender? Please advise.

It looks like Mortgage Research Center is just a mortgage broker.

Did you go through them to get your loan or did you go directly to Veteran's United?

I did a quick search to find the relationship between the two and I haven't found anything yet. Could be that Mortgage Research Center brokers the loan to Veteran's United. IDK.

I applied through VU. It just seems strange for it to go from one broker to another vice broker to lender. I'm not sure either but I'm thinking the same thing as you; MRC is the lender in this case.
