I just have to say thank you to all of you on this forum. If it weren't for the knowledge and willingness to help others, we probably wouldn't have been able to secure the loan we needed to build our dream home. It took months of learning and playing with our scores to get what we needed and we were able to put ourselves in a position where WE made the decisions, rather than beg to be approved with less than favorable terms. We took my husband's scores from 624 to 739 (mid scores) in 3 months and had an incredibly smooth process.
