WIll this affect mortgage process?

It is our plan to start the FHA loan process in April. We have a secured CC that will become unsecured in April.When it becomes unsecured I am not sure if it becomes a new credit account or the current is just updated? If it becomes a new CC account, will that mess up our mortgage process?
