WOOHOOOO!! I was Appoved!

After almost 2 months of waiting, I got word today that I was approved for a USDA Direct loan, for $158k. RE agent is going to send me a list of homes to take a look at, but I've had my eye on one in particular. The owner was transfered and the house has been on the market for awhile with 2 price drops. I'm hoping to go and look at it this weekend! HOTDOG!!! Im so excited!

Well, put an offer on the house I was watching, the seller accepted! It was listed for $144K and they accepted $138k. I did add some extra in the loan to upgrade the kitchen, now USDA has to go in and inspect, hopefully they allow the extra. Septic has to be inspected, I hope that passes as well, then it's on to home,well and termite inspections. Expected closing is July 9th! Keep your fingers crossed for me!
