Approved for a mortgage to purchase my mother's home (parents downsized) - after many delays (not on my end) loan was re-submitted to underwriter with final conditions complete on 6/16; received closing disclosures on 6/20 with settlement and disbursement date listed as 6/24. LO said to expect CTC by Tuesday/Wednesday (today) - still nothing. Should I expect CTC by tomorrow (3 days after siging closing disclosure and day before listed settlement date)? My LO has made this process longer than it should have been and I am anxious to be done. Any insight will help!
