Waiting for mortgage approval....

I am applying for a mortgage assumption through FHA.  They have requested more information, which I provided, but they won't let me know how the approval is going.  Is there a chance for denial for the assumption.  My husband has a middle score of 723 and mine is 640.

Sorry, I updated the post...My scores were much lower than yours...our middle scores were 655 and 672. It depends on the lender and other things like DTI ratio and whatever its on your credit reports. Just be positive, we didn't have the best credit history and everything turned out fine.
