Well, it has been a very long process for me. I applied for a FHA loan with BofA in May. After being denied for "a released tax lien" then approved after my file was escalated to a Sr. Underwriter. I have finally met all my conditions and my file is with the UW for final approval. I am so nervous.........
My question is what happens in a final approval process?? Is the UW looking at everything again with a finetooth comb?? I do not want anything else to go wrong. My house will be completed around Sept 12th and I need to have the green light.
